This event will be the kickoff of the petition signing drive for Keystone Incorporation. Bill Bergman will be the first signer of the petition at the event. All Keystone residents are invited to attend and sign the Incorporation Petition (if you are a registered voter AND owner of property in your name in Keystone)......or the Declaration of Support petition (if you own property in Keystone).
